Dedicated to those looking for excellence and designed as a collection of “food jewels”, the Q+ Luxury Food line is limited-production whose main characteristics are: the quality of the raw materials, and the unmistakable taste and the elegance of the traditional processing.

Salumificio Pedrazzoli presents in this line its best products, the result of years of butchering experience and research of the highest quality taste and types. The Q+ Line consists in ten products, in addition to five of the Nero di Parma breeding. The names of the products are a homage to the humid areas of the Po River and the old farmer-butcher tradition: Il Padus (salami) – La Gabbianella (top-quality salami) – La Gonzaghetta (roasted pig’s neck with herbs) – Quattro Case (lard with black pepper) – Il Poggio (Parma ham) – Il Carrobbio (cured pork cheek) – Il Cantone (zampone) – Il Pampano (naturally cooked shin of pork) – Le Valli (culatello) – Il Tramuschio (cooked ham).

To these products, are added also the extreme niches references of the Q+ line of Black Pork from Parma, a native race, characterized by its black coat and long wattles, bred in the wild for about two years in the wood on the hills of Parma: Il Poggio Nero di Parma cured ham – Il Padus Nero di Parma salami – Nero di Parma pancettaNero di Parma sausagesNero di Parma Coppone.
