A Gourmet product in limited edition that reminds at first sight the importance of the origin of raw materials;

On the packaging it stands out the indication 100% Italian Pig. The Padus salami (1,2 kg)- from the ancient latin noun used for the Po River- is available in two characteristic versions, Black & White.

The product is obtained using the best parts of heavy pigs, bred for more than 13 months and it is made following the traditional recipe: stuffed in natural casing, it is lest drying and seasoning for at least 5 months in a humid cellar.

The slight aroma of garlic and the big-size mince evokes hand-made products of the Italian butchery tradition, both for the process and the unmistakable taste. The padus Salami has become a numbered product in order to give to customers the highest visibility and transparence of the production chain, which is controlled from breeding to the finished product.

The taste is pleasantly spiced, the Padus salami it is available in classic version from white pigs and in the more refined one from black pork. Also the packagings are in contrast, in a positive-negative connotation, to satisfy all the needs: black tube for Padus white pig and white for the black one.
