Salumificio Pedrazzoli proposes a typical Christmas product that becomes a perfect and refined gift idea, thanks to to the elegant packaging of the Pampano, the pig’s Shank of the Q+ line. Produced according to the tradition from Modena, it is naturally steamed in the oven without the cover, keeping its typical aroma with the addition of rosemary and laurel. This detail represents properly the idea of the transparence concept of Salumificio Pedrazzoli. Through that type of cooking, the customer pays only the product bought (not also the cooking water!). Moreover, the Pampano is firstly cooked and then packed, granting a clean product, with less fat and so a higher quality!

Another main feature is the not-sterilization of the Shank without using preservatives. A product that arrives to consumers in the same way as it was cooked at home on their own. This procedure which connected with the tradition and great experience of Salumificio Pedrazzoli, gives to the Pampano a richer taste. For this reason, it is necessary to preserve the product at a temperature from 0° to +4°C, with an evident loss in terms of preservation time, but a significant quality enhancement: more taste, due to the possibility to keep the characteristics of the fresh product even if it is pre-cooked.
