The Traditional Line (traditional cold cuts)

The traditional line by Salumificio Pedrazzoli proposes in a more modern key the products, that are typical and linked to the territory where Salumificio Pedrazzoli was established; a characteristic territory because it represents a “borderland” rich in culture and food and wine traditions, also known as the so-called “District of Flavour” in the North of Italy, between the provinces of Mantua, Modena, Ferrara, Parma, Reggio Emilia, Verona and Rovigo.

This line of products has been created to meet the requirements of customers who want to be assured by a brand name existing since years, always focused on the composition (limited use of salt and preservatives, absence of milk-by products and flours in most products) and quality of ingredients, which are only obtained from Italian breeding farm and are slaughtered inside the plant.

The Traditional Line of Salumificio Pedrazzoli is divided in: Typical, Classic, Specialities, Pancetta, Cooked meats, Mortadella, Cured meats, Recurrences and Fresh Meats.
