The PRIMAVERA Bio line (organic salami)

Created in 1996, Primavera is a line of organic meats, salamis and cold cuts produced using natural methods – from breeding to slaughtering, from processing to curing – in respect of both the environment and livestock.

The Primavera Bio line offers a range of organic products that guarantee quality and well-being, providing rich and wholesome tastes. The main ingredients of the success of the organic range by Pedrazzoli are : the research for excellence that fully respects the environment , the human health and safety, as well as the desire to look after consumers, offering a rich selection of products in which quality is guaranteed from the supply chain until the finished product.

In fact, the Primavera Bio line is based on a granted and controlled balanced formula that involves a supply chain system integrated with the territory, breeding and production.
Today, alongside a farm where 11,000 conventional animals are being fattened, the pork supply chain has a certified organic farm with over 12,000 pigs which are bred following all the organic farming requirements.
Select raw material, quality meats obtained from organic farming methods and natural slaughtering, processing and curing create a wholesome and authentic range of 32 cured, cooked and pre-sliced GM-free products with low-salt and low-fat content.

Thanks to the absence of gluten, milk-by products and colouring agents, Primavera is particularly indicated for celiac and people suffering from food intolerances.
Today, in addition to its traditional line, Salumificio Pedrazzoli is a leader in the production of organic salamis and cold cuts. It has been the first company in Italy to invest in organic products and has developed a whole organic line. The production of the Primavera line is guaranteed by a closed-loop cycle completely based on the organic farming.
