All the products of Salumificio Pedrazzoli are made using simple and unique raw materials: sea salt appropriately measured, a balance of aromatic spices, excellent meat and time.
All our products are obtained using only national meat from heavy pigs of our own breeding farms.
All our products have very few preservatives flours or other chemical additives – and in some cases, none at all – and are all stuffed by hand into natural casings.
For this reason, flavour, appearance and taste of all our products evokes the traditional good taste and special quality of Italian delicatessen meats.
